Gary Daniel Tokoph

Tokoph, Gary Daniel Age 36, a resident of New Mexico for most of his life, died Monday, July 7, 2014. He was born in Albuquerque, NM on May 23, 1978 to Gary Allen Tokoph and Diantha Tokoph. Gary was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mary and Clancey Ortega and Richard and Margaret Tokoph; uncles, Albert Ortega, Dana Tokoph, Dennis Tokoph; aunt, Joan Tokoph; and his cousin, Daniel Padilla. He is survived by his loving parents; sister, Marissa Tatari and husband, Omar, brother, Tommy Tokoph; as well as his two nephews who were his pride and joy, Oliver and Asher Tatari; together with many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Gary was loved and cherished by all who knew him. Gary was a world traveler and acquired many friends abroad. He was a lover of all professional sports and was particularly adept as a baseball player. Gary had a gentle spirit and a loving heart. He was a brother, an uncle, a loving son, and a special friend to many. Gary's memory and beautiful soul will forever live in the hearts of those he touched. Viewing and Visitation will be held from 6:30 PM until 8:30 PM on Sunday, July 13, 2014 at Daniels Family Funeral Services, Strong-Thorne Life Event Center, 1100 Coal Ave SE, Albuquerque, NM. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, July 14, 2014, also at Strong-Thorne Life Event Center, with Rev. Carl Boaz presiding. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
