Glinda Jo Garcia

Glinda was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Florencio and Maxine.

She was preceded in death by her father Florencio Garcia; mother Maxine Hernandez; brothers, Herman Garcia and Johnny Hernandez; sister, Gloria Silva; brother in law, Encarnacion Silva.

She is survived by daughters: Sonia and husband Robert Montaño, Stephanie Garcia; grandsons: Robert Montaño Jr, Alex Montaño, Jacob Altamirano Jr; long-time partner Alexis Espinosa-Lowman; brothers, Alejandro Garcia, Louie Garcia; sisters: Sharon Garcia, Debbie Garcia, and Maria Lucero; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Glinda was known for always having a smile on her face and was happy to spend time with the people she loved. Glinda enjoyed retirement and participating in the events that took place at the retirement community where she lived.

Glinda opted out of services in hopes that people would remember her in her life rather than her death. Glinda will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
