Gloria M. Montoya

Montoya, Gloria M. A lifelong resident of Bernalillo, NM; beloved mother, sister, grandmother, aunt and niece, passed away Saturday, May 11, 2013 to unite with her family in heaven. She was 66. Gloria enjoyed working on her yard, embroidering, walking around the Bosque and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Filia Gutierrez; and brother, Pete Gutierrez. She leaves behind her only daughter, Tammy Tsabetsaye and husband Erick; her pride and joy, her granddaughters, Taylor and Olivia, all whom lived with her; her only sister, Angie Mora and husband David; sister-in-law, Dolores Gutierrez; nieces and nephews , Katherine (Matthew), Elizabeth (Albert), Anthony (Mandi), Kristina (David); three great-nephews; four great-nieces; and one great-great-nephew. Also surviving are her uncles, Emillano Perez and wife Charlotte, Henry Perez and wife Elsie; aunts, Dolores Quintana and husband Transito, Eloisa, Vivian, and Marlene Perez. God saw you in pain and released you to the angels above. A rosary will be recited Thursday, May 16, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Bernalillo, NM, where the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Vista Verde Memorial Park in Rio Rancho, NM. Pallbearers will be Kenneth Perez, Ruben Misquez, Transito Quintana, Matthew Marquez, Albert Martinez and Anthony Mora. Honorary Bearers will be Joel Archuleta, David Thomas and David Perez.
