Age 99, passed away Friday, May 22, 2015. He was born in Dearborn, MI on March 14,1916, to Harley A. and Frances Delaplane. Harold was preceded in death by his wife of 70 years, Lois Delaplane; survived by daughter, Beverly Lewis and son-in-law William Lewis of Rio Rancho, NM; grandchildren, Matthew and Michelle Halberg of Las Vegas, Nevada; and great granddaughters Miranda and Madison Halberg. A gravesite service will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at 9:30 AM at Vista Verde Memorial Park on Sara Road in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. In lieu of flowers, donations and contributions may be made to the D.A.V. at www.dav.org.
