Harry E. Johnson Jr. In Loving Memory Harry E. Johnson Jr. December 25, 1958 " March 18, 2010 Harry E. Johnson Jr., 51, died suddenly March 18, 2010. He was born in East St. Louis, Il on December 25, 1958. He graduated from O’Fallon Township High School in 1977 and Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, IL with a degree in Mathematics and was commissioned at Scott Air Force Base as a 2nd Lt. in 1981. He was ordered to Kirtland Air Force Base that same year. He made his home in Rio Rancho, NM with his loving wife Jerri Dianne of 23 years and his children Alyssa and Taryn who survive him. He is also survived by his father Harry Johnson Sr. and his wife Marjorie, his sister Lucy Thompson and her husband Ronald of Collinsville, IL, sister-in-law Jeannette and her husband Dan, brother-in-law Jerry and his wife Marie, sister-in-law Jennifer, brother James Rhodes, nieces Jennifer, Kelly, Jacob, Dennis, Christopher, Brandi and Clerrissa and very close friend Rick Garza. After separation from the Air Force he was with Motorola from 1994-1998 and has been with Intel Corporation since 1998. His friends at Intel will surely miss him. He was active with Enchanted Hills Elementary School volunteering for many projects since his children began school. He was actively involved with all of the activities of his children and wife. Harry will always be remembered as a loving and caring husband, father and friend to all he has touched. He will also be remembered as a great “chef”. He left the world way too early and left behind a legacy of true friendship.
