Age 68, passed away Saturday, November 4, 2017. He was born in Bogota, Columbia on August 9, 1949, to Felix Enrique Enciso de Beltran and Omaira Vanegas de Enciso.
Jairo is survived by his wife, Mary Jean Enciso; son, Jay Enciso; daughter, Nicole Romero and husband Robert; grandchildren: Tony Enciso and Jade Romero; sister, Gloria Goray.
He served his country proudly in the US Marine Corps; he was a fan of the Giants and Yankees; a Balloon enthusiast and collected Balloon pins. Jairo was also a very kind soul!
Services are pending.
