Jimmy John Reid

On July 27th, 2018, at the age of 65, Jimmy John Reid unexpectedly passed away.

Jimmy was born on December 9th, 1952 in Albuquerque, NM. He married Laura Reid (maiden name: Davis) on July 4th, 1975. The two of them had a beautiful 43 years together, becoming a proud father and grandfather.

He was preceded in death by his parent, Harry and Rose Reid.

Jimmy is survived by his children, Michael Reid and Diana Reid; grandchildren, Cody Reid, Cory Reid, Clay Reid, Cheyenne Reid, Hunter Reid and Christian Lopez.

He was a proud business owner of Sandia Foods Inc for 33 years.

When he wasn’t working or enjoying his family, he took pleasure in hunting, fishing, gardening, welding and building. Jimmy was an intelligent, loving, and generous man. He was a perfectionist who could build and fix anything he set his mind to. He loved his family immensely and was loved dearly by them the same. His sense of humor will be unforgettable, a memorable favorite quote of his is "Have you been eating stupid cookies?".
