Jimmy Dean Wiggins

Jimmy Dean Wiggins was born on December 6, 1959, in Ardmore, Oklahoma. He passed away on March 20, 2020, in his birthplace of Ardmore. 

Jimmy will be remembered by his surviving family and friends: his sister Twana Weldy from Hobbs, NM; his sons, Andrew Wiggins from Albuquerque, NM, Jeremy Wiggins from Mobile, Alabama; his daughters, Wendy Martin from Albuquerque, NM, Angela Cochran from Artesia, NM, and Jennifer Wiggins from Mobile, Alabama.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Reba Huffman, father, Junior Wiggins, sister Paulette Bryant, and brother, Johnny Wiggins.

He was a roughneck for many years of his life and spent most of his time in Ardmore. He enjoyed his family, friends, and the cowboy life. He was a man of very few words and was a free spirit. He loved all that the world could offer him. "Here today, gone tomorrow," was the way he lived.

Funeral services to celebrate Jimmy's life will be held on May 24, 2024. The visitation will take place from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM followed by a Memorial Service from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Daniels Family Funeral Services - Wyoming Chapel located at 7601 Wyoming Blvd, Albuquerque, NM 87109.
