Jo Ann A. Brandenburg

BRANDENBURG - Jo Ann Brandenburg, age 69, beloved mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away peacefully, Friday, November 5, 2010. Jo Ann was born in West Virginia, raised in Kentucky, and was a resident of Albuquerque for thirty years. She was strikingly beautiful, artistically talented, and in true Southern fashion, kind, generous, and unfailingly polite. Through her art, her stitchery, and her gardening she made her family’s world more beautiful. Jo Ann will be deeply missed by her family, her dear and caring friends at Share Your Care, and her loyal, loving cat, Oreo. Jo Ann is survived by her loving children, Julia Zuniga, Susanna Suddarth, and Britt Brandenburg all of Albuquerque; six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and her sister Jewel Gocke of Huntington Beach, CA. A family gathering will take place at a later date.
