Jo-Ann Mueller, passed away on December 27, 2017 in Des Moines, Iowa. Jo-Ann was born on January 14, 1937, to her beloved parents Harold and Bertha Smith. Jo-Ann will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her dearly.
