Joe Chico

January 4, 1930 — June 14, 2010

Chico died June 14, 2010, in Gallup. He was born Jan. 4, 1930, in Kinlichee, into the Mexican People Clan for the Coyote Pass People Clan. Chico was a rancher. Survivors include his sons, Herbert Chico, Hambert Chico, Leonard Chico; daughters, Irene Chico, Alta Chico Yazzie; sister, Esther Chico Wilson. Chico was preceded in death by his wife, Ilene Morgan Chico. Pallbearers will be Daniel Casias, Terrance Herder, Alonzo Chico, Joseph Casias, Herbert Chico, Randy Emerson.
