John Jack"" Ryan

RYAN- John “Jack” P. Ryan, 83, passed away on Saturday, September 25, 2010. Jack was born in New York City, New York on March 20, 1927. The family moved to Ponca City, OK and later relocated to Albuquerque in 1946. Jack attended Regis High School, the University of Oklahoma, and graduated from the University of New Mexico. He was a member of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity and remained active in the Alumni group until his death. He retired from McClintock Paper Company in 1992 after a 40 year career in sales. He enjoyed playing bridge, traveling and rooting for his beloved Yankees. He is survived by his wife, Connie; son, Greg and his wife, Andrea; son, David, all of Albuquerque; and daughter, Sharon Ryan, of West Chester, PA; sister-in-law, Ellen Ann Ryan; and three nieces and one nephew. He is preceded in death by his brother, Thomas P. Ryan. Cremation has taken place. The Rosary will be recited at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, September 28 at Daniels Family Funeral Services, 1100 Coal Ave SE. The Celebration of the Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 AM at Our Lady of the Annunciation Catholic Church, 2621 Vermont NE. A private burial service will take place at a later date.
