John Edward Walsh

John E. J. Walsh, 60, of Farmington, passed away Friday, May 28, 2010 in Farmington. He was born October 24, 1949 in East Orange, New Jersey to John and Celia Walsh. He moved to San Juan County in 1978. John married the love of his life, Carole Certisimo, on his birthday, in Parsippany, NJ. and passed away on his wife’s birthday. John was a self-made business man and owned J. C. Communications, Inc. He provided for his family and lived the soulful blues, loved fly fishing, hunting, flew airplanes, drove race cars, photography, Fat Boy Motorcycles and motorcycle riding. John is survived by his wife, Carole, daughters, Leah, Dana, and Diana, brother, James and Sister, Sharon. Also surviving are two grandchildren, McKenzie and Jackson. Rosary for John will be recited on Tuesday, June 1st at 7:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 414 N. Allen Ave., Farmington. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, June 2nd at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Gil Mangampo celebrant. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery.
