Joseph E. Burdette

BURDETTE_Joseph E. Burdette, 66, a resident of Rio Rancho for the past 22 years, passed away on April 15, 2009. Joseph was born July 25, 1942 the son of Francis and Stella Oczek Burdette in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He had been an Electrical Engineer in the construction business before his death. He was preceded in death by his parents, Francis and Stella Burdette. Joseph is survived by his wife, Sonia Burdette of Rio Rancho; sons, Joseph E. Burdette, Jr. and wife Joanne of Virginia Beach, VA, and Michael Luther of Boca, FL; daughters, Vikki Sanchez and husband John of Rio Rancho, NM, and Sheryl Morales and husband Louis of San Antonio, TX; twelve grandchildren; three great grandchildren; one sister, Patricia Secrest and husband Tommy of Philadelphia, PA; and numerous nieces and nephews.
