Joshua Isaiah Chavez

Joshua “Joshie” Isaiah Chavez passed away on September 16, 2022 in Albuquerque, NM at the age of 18.

Joshua is survived by his mother, Sarah Padilla; siblings, Chantel Lopez, Dominic Chavez, Nevaeh Padilla, and Antonio Padilla; brother-in-law, Sam Lopez; nephews, Mateo Lopez and Emiliano Lopez; sister-in-law, Marriah Montano; grandpa “papa”, Damacio Padilla; grandma, Rita Padilla; aunt, AnnMarie Padilla; many cousins, aunts, and uncles; and his beloved pets, Roo and Narato. He is preceded in death by his father, Enrique Chavez.

Joshua was born on January 26, 2004, in Albuquerque, NM to Sarah Justine Padilla and Enrique Sonni Chavez. He recently graduated with Honor Roll from Volcano Vista High School. He worked at The Home Depot.

Joshua loved spending time with family and friends. He was passionate about motorcycles, samurai swords, anime, fishing, and auto mechanics.

He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
