Judy was born in Selma Alabama to Paul Revere Littell and Alice Pauline Littell (Turner), and was the oldest of 5.
She was part of a Military family which took her to Albuquerque, New Mexico. She graduated from Albuquerque High School and Married Douglas Clinton Houvener in 1960. She had 5 children with Douglas: Ronald Jay (Billie Jo), Aaron Paul (Peggy), John (Sharon), Kennith Scott (Michelle), and Bonnie Sue Brown (Mark).
She was divorced and then married Louis Garcia and had, Ocie Pauline Garcia.
Judy was proceeded in death by her parents and 4 brothers; Joe, Terry, Loren, and Scott; her husband Louis; and an honorary son, Kevin Kirk (Connie).
Judy had 16 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, and 2 great, great-grandchildren.
Judy was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for her entire life and enjoyed being a part of the various wards she attended. Before she was unable, she attended church regularly thanks to her dear friend, Erlinda who picked her up every Sunday morning.
She loved doing crafts including quilting, crocheting, and various other crafts. Judy also spent a lot of time babysitting for other families throughout her lifetime.
She will be greatly missed by many.
