Julie Garcia

December 24, 1931 — March 1, 2022

Garcia-Julie Garcia, age 90, passed away peacefully at home March 1, 2022.  She very much loved her family and church. 

She is survived by four sons, Julian Cordova, Jerry Cordova, Fredrick Cordova and his wife, Fay, and David Garcia; and three daughters Ruth Ann Rankin and husband, David, and Valerie Bumphrey and husband, Bill, and Evelyn Lopez (deceased); and 15 grandchildren; and 25 great grandchildren.  She is also survived by sister-in-law Carmen Chavez, brother-in-law Ernie Garcia and wife, Carmen, and brother-in-law Lolo Chavez. 

Visitation will be Thursday, March 10, from 5:00pm-6:00pm with Rosary to follow 6:00pm-7:00pm at Daniel’s Funeral Home, 7601 Wyoming Blvd NE. Mass will be Friday, March 11, at 11:30am at Risen Savior Church,  7701 Wyoming Blvd NE, followed by Burial at 1:00pm at Gate of Heaven Catholic Cemetery.  Reception to follow. 

 

The family requests that no flowers be bought for the service.
