June Ann Beyal, 67, of Escavada, died Friday, Sept. 17, 2010, in Farmington. She was born Feb. 5, 1943, in Escavada.
She attended school in Pueblo Pintado and Ignacio, Colo.
She was employed by Whiteway Cleaners, Y & S Candies and San Juan Regional Medical Center. She loved to sew, do beadwork and decorate cakes. She was preceded in death by her parents, Pauline and Charley Joe; daughter, Carol Ann Beyal; brothers, Harry, Sam and Woody Harrison; and sisters, Betty Brown and Harriet Julianto.
She is survived by Eddie J. Beyal, her husband of 49 years; daughters, Lucinda (Lorenzo) Benally, Lisandra (Pat) Beyale, Angie Herrera and Gwendolyn (Robert) Smith; sons, Patterson (Elsie) Brown and Manuel (Karletta) Beyal; sisters, Mary Jane Harrison and Jennie R. Joe-Norwood; 29 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. today, Sept. 22, at the Journey Church, 207 E. Main St., with Pastor David Florez officiating.
Pallbearers are Trevor Benally, Shelton Benally, Brennan Benally, Robert Smith, Kyle T. Jones and Harlando Sam. Interment will be at Memory Gardens, 6917 E. Main St. in Farmington. Arrangements are entrusted to: Cope Memorial Chapel of Kirtland
