Katherine "Kathy" Montano

Katherine “Kathy” Montano age 67 passed away peacefully at home in Rio Rancho NM on October 10, 2021 surrounded by family.

Kathy is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Roman Montano, her children, Lawrence Bryant, wife Vanessa and Gina Pineda.  Grandchildren Joshua Griess, Lindsay Silva and Husband Brenden, Derrick Pineda, Justin Bryant, Hannah Jones, Caleigh Bryant, and Timothy Bryant.  Great-granddaughters, Hazel, Cece, and Aaliyah. Sisters Angie, Faith, Gina, Mary, Ernestine, Barbara, Sophie, and many nieces and nephews. 

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Michael and Paul Ray and sister Jessica. 

Kathy was a joy that would greet you at the Sam's club membership desk with a smile. She was a loving wife to husband Ray and the best “Nana” to all her grand babies. She and her famous “Auntie Jan’s” enchiladas will be greatly missed.
