Kenneth L. Gates January 24, 1919 " May 4, 2010 Kenneth L. Gates, 91, of Farmington, passed away Tuesday, May 4, 2010. Kenneth was born in Traer, Iowa, and had lived in Farmington for 22 years. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of the American Legion. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Elsie Gates; and daughters Kristine Ashworth and Katheryn Smith of Farmington and Mary Etta Wieck of Minneapolis.
