Age 54, beloved father, brother and friend, passed away Friday, October 7, 2011. He was born on February 13, 1957 in Salmon, ID and was a resident of Cuba, NM. Larry a complex man who was extremely proud of his sons Larry Huff, Jr. and Jesse Huff. Is also survived by a younger brother, Shaun Huff; and sisters, Cheryl Bourke, Carie Huff-Briscoe and Christi Willaman; his grandson, Victor Ray Huff, whom he loved so very much. Larry was honored by having the people who loved him and cared for him in his life. He had loving friends all over New Mexico and the world especially in Cuba, NM. Larry was respected by his community as a Coach and Leader of young people. Larry will be greatly missed by all. Larry's family wish to thank all of you who have offered your condolences while his family has been running about town. We love to hear the stories of Love, Respect and Friendship each of you had with Larry. Let's all recall the humor and the good memories of his man who struggled to live life on life's terms and like many, if not all of us, struggle the pains of growing up.
Visitations will be Wednesday, October 19, 2011 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services - Alameda Mortuary, where a Celebration of Larry's life will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 2:15 p.m. Military Honors will be accorded by the Santa Fe Veterans of Foreign Wars Honor Guard.
