Laverna K. Wozniak

Laverna ascended to the heavens on Wednesday, May 23, 2018. Independent and faithful, she loved life, her family, the Lord, cooking and sewing. Active in life, she enjoyed camping and traveling with her two son's, Douglas and Roger. 

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Anthony Wozniak.

Laverna is survived by her loving son's Douglas and Roger Wozniak; sister, Javene and relatives across the U.S. 

Visitation will be held Monday, June 4, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Daniels Family Funeral Services - Southern Chapel, 2400 Southern Blvd, Rio Rancho.   

Interment to follow at 2:15 p.m., Monday, June 4, 2018, at Santa Fe National Cemetery, 501 N Guadalupe Street, Santa Fe.
