Lawrence Ross Moench

September 17, 1938 — April 2, 2024

Lawrence Ross Moench was born in Wendell, Idaho on September 17, 1938. He worked as a tool designer for 50 years, designing everything from asphalt recycling trucks to lasers.

He graduated to Heaven April 2, 2024, and is playing the trumpet in in God's choir now.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Xenia Moench, his sisters Barbara Moench and Myrna Jean Merrifield, and brother Frank Moench; and his wife of 55 years, Mary Moench.

He is survived by his wife of 10 years Sandra Moench, his 3 daughters Cheri (husband Jeff) Dunkleberger, Lori (husband John) Pacini, and Christina Annette (fiance Joseph Scott Estes) and his stepson Troy Harmon, and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will take place at Church Alive, 4601 Avocet Rd. NW, Albuquerque, NM on April 27 at 10:00 am.
