Millard, Leon Charles Age 79, passed away Wednesday, October 12, 2011. He was born on October 27, 1931 to the late William H. and Leila Millard, in Schenectady, NY. Leon attended Scotia High School and worked for GE in Van Vorst, Scotia and New York City. Leon is preceded in death by his parents;one sister, Dorothy Millard Teagle; two brothers, William Donald Millard and Richard James Millard and best friend, Howard Hathaway. Leon is survived by his wife, Nancy Millard and son, Jim Millard of Albuquerque, NM; two daughters Karen Watling of Powhatan, VA and Kaetherine Grabowski currently in Maputo Mozambique Africa (of Chapel Hill, NC). A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, October 24, 2011, 1:30 pm, at Santa Fe National Cemetery, 501 N Guadalupe Street, Santa Fe.
