Mr. Barbone was born August 11, 1934 in Borrego Pass, New Mexico and Died April 10, 2010 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was employed with the Union Pacific railroad. He did native arts and crafts making kachina dolls and was a silversmith with native designs. Survivors include his wife Irene Barbone of Sandsprings, New Mexico, a Son Sam Barbone of Haystack, New Mexico. Brothers Ned Bardone of Borrego Pass, New Mexico, Woody Barbone of Haystack, New Mexico Eddie Barbone of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Sisters Mary Curley of Borrego Pass, New Mexico and Etta Cleveland of Casamero Lake, New Mexico. 15 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He was born of the Bitterwater clan for the Hairy Ones, clan Pallbearers are Johnny Barbone, Pete Barbone, Benji Bardone, Samuel Barbone, Timothy Barbone and Victor Castillo.
