It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Leonard Sanchez IV, who passed away on June 13, 2026, at the age of 26 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Leonard was born on November 16, 1999, in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Leonard was the beloved son of Kelly Twocrow and Leonard Sanchez. He will be remembered for the love he shared with his family, his kind heart, and the lasting impact he made on those fortunate enough to know him. Though his time on earth was far too short, his memory will live on through the many lives he touched.

Leonard is lovingly survived by his brother, Christopher Sanchez; his sister, Bernadette Twocrow; his father, Leonard Sanchez III; his grandmother, Yvonne Sanchez; his uncles, Steven Sanchez and Dominic Sanchez; and his aunts, Sally, Adena and S. Martinez. He also leaves behind his cherished pets, Snoob, Popcorn, Rascal, and Dabs, who brought him comfort and companionship.

Leonard’s family and friends will remember him for his unique spirit, his love for those closest to him, and the memories they shared together. While words cannot ease the sorrow of his passing, they find comfort in knowing his love and legacy will remain in their hearts forever.

May Leonard rest in eternal peace, and may his memory continue to bring strength and comfort to all who loved him.

Rosary/Viewing will be held on Monday, July 06 at 4pm at Carlisle Chapel. Mass will be Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 10:30am at San Martin de Porres with a burial to follow at Fair View Memorial Park.
