Leroy McCabe

McCabe was born in Phoenix, Arizona. He was born into the Edge Water People Clan and born for the One Who Walks Around Clan. McCabe attended Window Rock High School in 1990. He liked listening to music, spending time with family, laughing and cracking jokes. Survivors include his daughters; Kaitlen McCabe, Mikayla Baker, both of Kinlichee; parents, Leonard McCabe of Kinlichee, Genevieve Nez of St. Michaels, Arizona; brothers, Steven Nez of St. Michaels, Arizona, Leland McCabe of Klagetoh,; sister, Sherry Nez of St. Michaels,; grandparents, Maggie Nez of St. Micheals and John Lee Yazzie of Kinlichee. McCabe was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mary Ann Damon, John Nez Sr; brothers, Leonardo McCabe, Felipe Duane Benally. Pallbearers will be Joe Sanchez Sr., Delbert Nez Sr., Derrick Nez, Nakunta Sanchez, Brandon Nez, and Samuel Robbins. Arrangements are entrusted to Tse Bonito Mortuary.
