Lewis Martin Gonzales was born on February 25, 1956 in Santa Fe, NM and died September 5, 2019. He graduated from Del Norte High School then went on to earn his bachelor's degree from the College of Santa Fe.
Lewis was an avid Green Bay Packers and Lobos fan, and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was a father, stepfather, grandfather, son, brother and uncle.
He was preceded in death by mother, Tillie Gonzales, and stepdaughter, Kelly Terry-Jimenez.
He is survived by his father, Albert Gonzales; children, Martinik Gonzales, Albert Gonzales, Jude (Anastacia) Terry-Gonzales; step-son, Robert (Kelly) Terry-Jimenez; siblings, Mary Kay Elms, Donna Sulier, Lorraine (Steve) Gambino; grandchildren, Elysa Gonzales, Amehlia Gonzales, Zooey Terry-Gonzales, Jude Terry-Gonzales, Zaylee Terry-Gonzales, Tyler Terry-Jimenez, Aiden Terry-Jimenez, Charlotte Terry-Jimenez; and many other family members.
Rosary will be held Thursday, September 12, 2019, 6:00 p.m., at Daniels Family Funeral Services - Wyoming Chapel, 7601 Wyoming Blvd NE. Mass will be held the following day on Friday, September 13, 2019, 11:00 a.m., with Reception to follow at Risen Savior Catholic Community Church, 7701 Wyoming Blvd NE. Interment Services will be held in Santa Fe National Cemetery, 501 N Guadalupe St, on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at 9:45 a.m.
