Linda Lee Minor

August 8, 1947 — December 4, 2025

Linda Lee Minor of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on December 4, 2025, after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease.

Born on August 8, 1947, in Tappahannock, Virginia, Linda lived a life marked by quiet strength and a deep appreciation for the beauty around her. Linda's generosity and kindness were evident to all that knew her. Linda's ever-present energy to hike the nature trails she discovered and enjoy the pleasures of bird watching and camping were always on her "to do list". Motorcycling in New Mexico, Colorado and Louisiana provided independence and joy she shared with her husband Phil. She loved photography, spending time in nature, and working in her yard, creating rock walls and flower beds where her green thumb brought life and color to everything she touched. She was an avid reader with Tony Hillerman, Sue Grafton, Patricia Cornwell, James Patterson, Stuart Woods and John Sandford among others being her favorite authors.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, John Botts Minor Sr. and Mildred Alice Andrews Minor. She is survived by her husband Philip A. Lowe, her daughter, Paula Tignor, her grandson, Joseph Bryce Tignor, her great-grandchildren, Stella Ryland Tignor and Joseph Tucker Tignor; and her siblings, Jane Patterson Minor, John Botts Minor Jr., Joseph Andrew Minor, and Mary Ryland Minor.

Linda will always be remembered for her quiet grace, welcoming smile and the joy she found in life's simple pleasures.
