Lisa Ann Walker

On September 17, 2014 Lisa passed away after her battle with uterine cancer. Lisa lived in Rio Rancho, New Mexico and was 51 years old.

Lisa was born on December 12, 1962 in Farmington, New Mexico to Willie Wilson Walker and Dorothy Jean Walker.

Lisa grew up and graduated high school in Farmington, New Mexico. Lisa was an avid outdoors person who enjoyed fishing, camping, hiking, skiing and anything adventurous. She was an animal lover who had many pets throughout her lifetime whom she cared for.

Lisa is preceded in death by her father Willie Wilson Walker and mother Dorothy Jean Walker.

Lisa was the youngest of four children born to the Walkers. Lisa is survived by her two sisters, Janet Green and Deanna Harris (and husband Randy), and her brother Bill Walker (Karla Walker). She is also survived by 4 nieces and 2 nephews; Kimberly Fotis, Amy Hooks (and husband Kevin), Kristin Kight (Jason Hurst), Joseph Walker (and wife Sara), Katie Hanna (and husband Randy) and Kyle Walker. Lisa had numerous great nieces and great nephews. She is also survived by many loving extended family, cousins and close friends.

A special thanks to Lisa’s wonderful friends; Rosanne Mathieu, Tim Buschmann and Estelle Pavioni who loved Lisa dearly throughout her lifetime and spent many hours supporting her during the months she battled with cancer.
