Lonnie Blaylock

Lonnie Robert Blaylock was born in Blythe, CA on March 15, 1947 to Lodis and Eva Blaylock. On August 28th, 2011 he was taken home to be with his Heavenly Father. Words cannot express how deeply Lonnie was loved by his family and how much we will miss him. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Blaylock, son Michael Blaylock, daughter Kimberly Blaylock, brother Walter Blaylock (Kathy), brother-in-law��?�s Gene Greenwood (Vina), Steve Greenwood, sister-in-law Marlene Frost (Doug), and numerous nephews and grand nephews and a niece and grand niece. Lonnie moved from Farmington in 1999 to the Albuquerque area to work for Intel. He took early retirement but still remained active and recently returned to work part-time. Lonnie was a Veteran and was proud to have served his country. He loved spending time with his family, and was always willing to play almost any game from playing pool, board games, card games, dice, or dominos. He also loved his computer games, taking long walks in the evening, and in general he never got bored and loved his life to the fullest. We love you. You were the best Daddy and husband in the whole world. Visitation for Lonnie will be tonight, Wednesday, August 31, 2011 from 5:00 ��?? 7:00 p.m. at Brewer, Lee & Larkin Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, September 1, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Brewer Lee & Larkin Chapel with Pastor David LeMonnier officiating. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery with Military Honors by VFW Post 2182.
