Age 54, passed away Saturday, November 19, 2011. He was born on September 18, 1957 to Lorenzo and Blasita Chavez, in Albuquerque, NM. He was a member of Legacy Church. He enjoyed fishing, camping and working on cars. Larry loved his family and spending time with his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lorenzo and Blasita Chavez and his nephew David James Chavez. Lorenzo is survived by his loving wife, JoAnn Chavez; son, Lorenzo Chavez III (Lil Larry); daughters, Jessica and husband Casper Montoya III, Monica and husband Landon Daniell, and Natalie Jaramillo; grandchildren, Jeanette, Casper IV, Dylan and Mylie; brothers, David Chavez and wife MaryJane and Joseph Chavez; sister, Martha and husband Ernest Sedillo; and several nieces and nephews. Larry will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. A Visitation will take place at Garcia Mortuary, Chapel of Angels from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Tuesday, November 22, 2011 with Rosary following at 7:00 PM lead by Veronica Montoya. A Funeral Service will take place at Garcia Mortuary, Chapel of Angels on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at 10:00 AM; Casket Bearers are David Chavez, Daniel Chavez, Chris Gallegos, Ernest Sedillo, Ernest Sedillo Jr. and Robert Gallegos. Honorary Casket Bearers are Antone Jaramillo and Anthony Zamora. Interment to follow at San Jose de Armijo Cemetery. Lorenzo's care has been entrusted to:
