Loretta Theresa Bentivegna

Loretta Theresa Bentivegna, 90 years old, a resident of Rio Rancho, NM since 1981, passed away on June 9, 2023. She is survived by her children, Charles Bentivegna of Fort Mills, South Carolina; Michael Bentivegna and spouse Sheila of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Michele Stelzer and spouse Robert of Rio Rancho; grandchildren Richard Bentivegna and spouse Jennifer of Charlotte, North Carolina, Adam and spouse Andrea Stelzer of Rio Rancho and Jonathan Stelzer of Rio Rancho; great grandchildren Ezekiel and Emily Stelzer of Rio Rancho. Loretta was an avid gardener and, as she used to say, loved playing in the dirt. She was also a very talented artist and her paintings will live forever with her family. She also loved to read, reading a minimum of 9 murder mysteries every 2 weeks. Her favorite authors were James Rollins, David Baldacci, Sandra Brown and James Patterson. The Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at 10:00 am at Daniel’s Family Funerals & Cremation, 4310 Sara Rd. SE Rio Rancho, NM 87124. Following the Rosary, her ashes along with her husbands, Joseph Bentivegna, will be placed in their niche at Vista Verde Memorial Park in Rio Rancho, NM where they will be together for eternity.
