In Loving Memory of Lori Ann Montoya

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Lori, who departed this world on July 26, 2023  She was surrounded by her loving family, who were a source of comfort and strength during her final moments.

Lori was born on November 11, 1960 to Daniel and Margaret Montoya in Albuquerque, where she grew up in a home filled with warmth and love.

Lori leaves behind a legacy of laughter, love, and compassion that will forever resonate with those who were fortunate to know her. Lori was preceded in death by her father, Daniel Montoya who died in 2005. She is survived by her mother, Margaret, son Alan and his wife Jenny, granddaughter Alexis, brother Mike and his wife Adele, sister Patty and her husband Edwin, as well as  many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

One of the greatest joys in Lori's life was her beloved granddaughter, Alexis. She showered Alexis with boundless affection, love, and care. Their special bond was a source of immense happiness for Lori, and she relished every opportunity to spend time with her, creating cherished memories that will forever be treasured by Alexis and the entire family.

A celebration of life will be held on August 1, 2023 at 10 am at Daniels Family Funeral Home, located at 7601 Wyoming Boulevard NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109.

As we bid farewell to Lori, we pray that her soul find eternal peace, and may we honor her memory by spreading love, laughter, and kindness to all beings in this world. She will be dearly missed but forever cherished.
