65, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 3, 2015 in Albuquerque, NM. He was born in Socorro, NM on March 14, 1950 to Jose J. and Josefita (Gomez) Lopez. Louie was a lifelong resident of Socorro. He was a caring and gentle man who enjoyed listening to music and reading his bible. Louie liked to watch sporting events and was an avid Denver Bronco fan. Louie will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. He was preceded in death by his parents. Louie is survived by his children, Erma Apodaca, Jesus Hudson and Michael Hudson; brothers, Ramon Lopez and wife, Alma, and Robert Lopez and wife, Mary; many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. There will be a viewing from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at Daniels Family Funeral Services - Socorro Chapel, 309 Garfield, Socorro. The Holy Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at 11:00 am at Daniels Family Funeral Services - Socorro Chapel with burial immediately following at the San Miguel Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Andrew Carrillo, Albert Lopez, Jesus Lopez, Daryl Lopez, J. J. Lopez, and Juan Gomez. Honorary Pallbearers are Andrew P. Carrillo and Andrien Carrillo.
