Lucille E. Horne

Lucille E. Horne, 90, long time resisdent of San Juan County, passed away on Thursday, April 7, 2011, at her home in Bloomfield. She was born July 5, 1920, in Claremore, Oklahoma, to Herman J. and Lucy Bosse`. Lucille was a teacher and librarian in the Farmington and Aztec school districts for more than 30 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Troy V. Horne; and her two sons, Dennis and Douglas Horne. She is survived by her granddaughter, Kaitlin Horne of Bloomfield; and her two nieces, Deborah Stidman of Bloomfield and Dell Hunter of Denver, CO. She will be greatly missed by family and friends. A reception will follow the services, in Fellowship Hall of First Baptist Church of Bloomfield. Pastor Lamar Morin will conduct the services.
