Lysah D. Stivers

STIVERS-Lysah D. Stivers (born Lisa Dawn Dike): Born in Albuquerque, NM on May 21, 1971, passed away Saturday, March 27, 2010. She was a graduate of Valley High School and attended college in Albuquerque and in Galesburg, Illinois. She was married to the love of her life and best friend, Bill Stivers, and was mother to a son, Brandon David Stivers. She is also survived by her extended family: her Dad, Bob Dike and his wife Elizabeth; her mother Regan Swinehart and husband Steve; her step-brother Shem Griffin; and step-sister Azure Griffin; her fraternal grandmother Margaret Dike; and her maternal grandfather, Bob Ramberg. She will also be missed by aunts, uncles, and her family-in-law, and cousins and friends too numerous to list. Lysah is an organ donor, and because of her gift of life, three people will get another chance to thrive. We will miss her and remember her forever, and we are all very proud of her generous gifts to us and to all of the people she has loved in her short life. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions for Bill and Brandon, which may be sent in care of Daniels Funeral Home.
