Margarita Sy

Margarita “Pinky” Gomez Sy has ascended to join the love of her life, Eduardo B. Sy, who has been running the tables and saving her a seat at the Endless Sky casino buffet. She  is once again free to roam the Chihuahua Hills and beyond; free from the challenges of age and unburdened by any mere illness. In spirit she can finally visit her wonderful best friend, Mike O’Brien, and other loved ones whose location was just beyond her later stamina. Nonetheless, all those in the constellation of hearts she touched and lives she influenced will carry forward the love and joy she brought to the world.

Margarita is survived by siblings Mary, Manuel, and Jackie. Also, her sons Eduardo Sy Jr., and Zaccharria Sy, and their wives Kim Spreng and Nicole Sy, and four grandchildren, Julianna, Maximilian, Isabella, and Diego.

Join us in celebrating a life well-lived by embracing adventure and friendship at every opportunity. 

Services will be Monday, June 10th at St. Jude Thaddeus: 9:30 a.m. rosary, and a 10:15 a.m. mass followed by a reception at the church hall.
