Maria A. Gurule

Gurule, Maria A. Beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother and aunt, passed away Sunday, June 29, 2014. A lifelong Albuquerque resident, she is survived by her loving family, son, Victor Gurule and wife, Valerie; daughter, Rose Herrera and husband, Larry; grandchildren, Gloria Gurule, Victor Gurule, Matthew Herrera, Manuel Gurule and Teresa Herrera; brother, Manuel Alvarez of El Paso and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Manuel Gurule and grandchildren, Andrew Paul Herrera and Angelina Maria Gurule. The family would like to thank her home caregiver, Renee Nuanez, the hospice nurses and all of her family and friends who made her life so rich. A Rosary will be recited on Wednesday July 2, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. A Mass to be celebrated on Thursday July 3, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church.
