Maria E. Sanchez

SANCHEZ- Maria E. Sanchez, 46, loving partner, daughter, mother, sister, grandmother and friend went home to be with our Lord and Savior Sunday, November 7, 2010 while surrounded by all who loved her. Maria was a very strong and independent woman and was a proud mother, grandmother and sister. Though she was in pain she was always in good sprit and loved making jokes, she could make anyone laugh. Maria loved her family very much and it showed by her always putting them first. Maria is survived by her devoted partner Roberta Griego of12 years; mother Consuelo Sanchez; her loving children Blanca Sanchez, Veronica Sanchez, Lorenzo Sanchez Jr. and wife Anbrea; her precious grandson Nathan A. Sanchez; brother Juan Sanchez and his children and grandchildren and sister Mela Sanchez; cousins Antonio and Rosalinda Vargas their children and grandchildren, Trinida Sanchez her children and grandchildren, Francisco and Eloisa Morales their children and grandchildren, Benjamin Morales his children and grandchildren; father in law, Robert Griego; sister in laws, Kathy Prando and husband Ernest and their children, Annett Griego and husband Joseph and their children and grandchildren, Renee Hill and husband Tabor and their children and grandchildren, Gina Steepleton and husband Ron and their son, James Griego and his children and grandchildren, brother in law Nestor Griego and his daughter and grandchildren, Mary Garza and husband Armando; and all those who knew and loved her. She is preceded in death by her grandmother Trinidad Espinoza; her nephew Jesus A. Sanchez; mother in law Cecilia Griego and other loved ones. Visitation will be in the Chapel of Angels of Garcia Mortuary, Thursday, November 11, 2010 from 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. with reciting of the Rosary to follow at 7:00 p.m.; Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at St. Therese of the Infant Jesus Catholic Church, 300 Mildred NW (4th & Mildred) on Friday, November 12, 2010 at 11:00 a.m.; Interment to follow Mass at Fairview Memorial Park.Casket Bearers are, Nathan Sanchez, Roberta Griego, Mela Sanchez, Juan Sanchez, Juan JR. Sanchez, Nestor Griego, Joseph Mc Donald Nicolas Sanchez, Alejandro Sanchez, Tamara Swanda and Tiffany Achondo. Honorary Bearers are, Linda Vargas and Trini Sanchez. A beautiful life that came to an end, she died as she lived, everyone’s friend. In our hearts a memory will always be kept, of one we loved, and will never forget.
