Age 76 , passed away Friday, August 25, 2023. She was born in Pueblo, Colorado  on April 18, 1947 to  Albert Loughmiller and Barbara Guzdek.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert Ray Loghmiller and Barbara Guzdek, Her daughter, Kristie Ann Shreve, and her grandson Lucas Jameson Tilley.

Marilyn is survived by her husband, Jerry B. Shreve, her daughter, Stacy L Fults, her grandson, Austin Fults, her granddaughters Shelby and Alison fults, and her great grandson, Daniel W. Woyak (Fults).

Marilyn dedicated her life to spreading joy and warmth to those around her. She was a woman of many talents and passions. After graduating from Western State College with a degree in accounting and business management, Marilyn embarked on a successful career that showcased her exceptional skills and unwavering dedication. Beyond her professional pursuits, Marilyn found solace in the simple moments. She delighted in the written word and found comfort within the pages of countless books. Her love for reading not only expanded her knowledge but also fueled her imagination. Marilyn's mind was always eager to explore new realms through literature.

Quilting was another art form that brought immense joy into Marilyn's life. With meticulous attention to detail and a steady hand, she created masterpieces stitched with love. Each quilt told a unique story that reflected the warmth she radiated as a person.

Marilyn was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be sincerely missed. Although Marilyn's physical presence may be gone, the impact she made on the lives of those who knew her will endure eternally. Her unwavering love, gentle spirit, and nurturing nature touched countless hearts and will continue to inspire for generations to come.

To honor the wishes of Marilyn, no services will be held, as she wanted to be remembered for the wonderful life she lived.  To show love and support to the family, we absolutely encourage you to share a memory, or even a photo through the guestbook below.
