Mark Sanmann

Mark Sanmann, born 08/12/1963 and became an angel on 02/15/2022. He is preceded in death by his parents Lloyd & Barbara Sanmann and the love of his life Ragne Roberts. Mark lived his life loving and protecting everyone he met. He chose to find joy in everything he did. He was an example to all of us to accept and celebrate the gifts we were born with. It is very comforting to know he is now protecting all of us with his new angel wings.

Mark lived his life to the fullest. He was sick for less than 3 weeks; we had no idea that cancer had ravaged his body. Mark died with his loving family at his side. He leaves his legacy to his brothers, Gene and Mary Sanmann, Robert and Jeanette Sanmann and his sister Tammy and Steve Haney.  He adored his nieces and nephews Kristy, Luis, Joaquin and Teresa Fernandez, Jennifer Aguilar, Marisa and Micheal Garica, Kalyn, Joey and Alyssa Santa Ana, Jason, Lily and Gaines Sanmann and Shelby Haney. Mark and his family are so very grateful for their dearest friends, Dan and Laurie Valencia, who have stood by his side for many years. Mark had many friends he loved from Adelante, Adelante Document Destruction, Special Olympics and ARCA.

His family would like to thank the Presbyterian Anna Kaseman Hospice staff that comforted him during his final days.

We will celebrate Mark’s life on March 3rd, 2022 at Daniels Funeral Home - Sara Rd. Chapel, 4310 Sara Rd, SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124.  There will be a viewing at 10:00 am. The services will be at 11:00 am, interment will follow immediately  after.  

Please wear a mask during Mark's services to protect the most vulnerable of our family and friends.
