Mary Louisa Apel

Age 91 , passed away August 21, 2023. She was born in Pleasant Hill, Missouri on June 12, 1932, to Guy and Etta Warren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James R. Apel.

Mary is survived by her son and daughter- in-law, Kim and Becky Apel, daughter and son-in-law, Elizabeth and Marc Batson, and grandchildren, Alexander (Wife Bailey) and Isabella Batson.

Mary met the love of her life and was married on April 5, 1953, to James R. Apel in Harrisonville, Missouri. She was a lover of animals, especially roadrunners and rabbits. Mary was a kind woman and will be sincerely missed.

In lieu of donations may be given in Mary’s honor to Rio Rancho Animal Friends.
