Baca, Mary "Hita" M.  
Age 71, went to rest with our Lord on Saturday, October 8, 2016 in Albuquerque, NM. She was born in Socorro, NM on September 21, 1945, to  Antonio and Virginia (Baca) Jaramillo.  Hita grew up and attended school in Socorro. She was a very humble woman who was strong in her faith. Hita's greatest joy was taking care of her family. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Maryann V. Baca; brother, Delwino "Benie" Jaramillo; sisters, Marian Romero and Frances Benavidez; brother-in-laws, Joe Lopez and Pete Romero; and sister-in-law, Isabel Jaramillo. Hita is survived by her husband of 52 years, Alexander Baca Jr. ; children, Bernadette V. Griego and husband, Jimmy, Eve D. Sanchez and husband, Ted, Francine E. Edgin and husband, John, Alex J. Baca and wife, Kira, and April L. Baca; sisters, Dolores Lopez, Rosemary Sanchez and husband, Canuto, and Barbara J. Gonzales and husband, Ted; brother, Antonio Jaramillo; thirteen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.  Rosary to be recited on Friday, October 14, 2016 at 8:30 am at the San Miguel Catholic Church, 403 El Camino Real, Socorro, with the Mass of Resurrection immediately following at 9:00 am.  Celebrant will be Father John Anasiudu.  Burial will take place at the San Miguel Cemetery following service.  Pallbearers will be John Edgin, Adrian Edgin, Alex Baca, Max Jaramillo, Eric Sanchez, and Ricky Sanchez.  Honorary pallbearers are Alex Lee Baca and Raymond Baca.  To view information or leave a condolence, please visit www.danielsfuneral.com.
