Mary Louise Benavidez passed away in her home surrounded by her family on Saturday, December 4th, 2021 at the age of 80 years old.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband Leo Benavidez, by mother Mary (Sandoval) Tafoya, by father Johnny Tafoya, and by granddaughter Adrienne Apodaca. Mary is survived by her children Gloria, Robert Leo Jr., Diane, Juanita, and Joey, by grandchildren Vanessa, Valerie, Angelo, Jade, Isabel, and Georgie, by great Grandchildren Xavier, Kaylee, Elijah, Evelyn and Izaiah, by great-great grandchild Andre and extended family.
Mary was born to Mary (Sandoval) Tafoya and Johnny Tafoya on Saturday, March 29th, 1941 in Springer, New Mexico.
Services will be held on Saturday, December 18th, 2021 beginning at 1:00PM at Prestige Event Center.
