Mary Jane Books

Mary Jane Books departed this earth and met her Holy Father on Saturday, June 5, 2010, after fighting a long and courageous battle with MS. She was born on December 25, 1936, to John and Jeanne Erramouspe, who immigrated to America from France. She was raised on a ranch in Corona, and loved every creature great and small. She married the love of her life November 3, 1956, and had two children, Mike, who lives in Houston, Texas, and Coni Amburn, who lives in Aztec. She loved being a wife and mother and was the BEST at both. She was preceded in death by her parents and by her brother, Leon and his wife, Johnnie Erramouspe. She is survived by her loyal and dedicated husband of 54 years, John Books; son, Mike and wife, Pam and their two children, Kevin and Kyle of Houston, Texas; daughter, Coni and her two children, Joey and Viola Amburn; two brothers, Johnny and loving wife, Mary Sue Erramouspe of Santa Teresa and their three children, Michael, Jimmy and Ann Marie; Louie and his wife, Glennis and his children, Lisa, Lori and John; stepdaughters, Shalie and Melissa, Jeannie and Todd Tatum of Ute Mountain and their children, Amanda and Elsye, and Joseph and Roxanne and their children of Corona; and many great-nieces and nephews. We have many good memories. Jane had a spark for life and was tough as a boot.
