Mary Carver Zaragoza

Mary Carver Zaragoza, 84, a resident of Corrales, New Mexico, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her family on March 23, 2023.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents, Isaias and Rosa Gutierrez, and son William Michael Carver. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Antonio Zaragoza, daughter Lisa Sparks and husband, Craig, of Corrales, NM, daughter Sondra Carver of Albuquerque, NM; grandsons, Eric, Billy, and Ethan; and great-granddaughter Frankie.

Mary was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on May 15, 1938. She graduated from Valley High School with her Diploma in 1956. Mary worked for Albuquerque Public Schools as a dedicated educator. After retiring, she moved to Kingman, Arizona, where she lived for over 25 years. Mary enjoyed spending time with her family, bowling, and going to Laughlin, Nevada. Mary was a loving wife, a devoted mom and grandma, and a loyal friend. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
