Mary G. Vigil

VIGIL-Mary G. Vigil, 81, was called home to be with Jesus our Lord and Savior on Friday, May 13, 2011. Mary was born on August 9, 1929 in Mountainair, NM. Mrs. Vigil retired from St. Joseph’s Hospital. She is preceeded in death by her husband, Venancio B. Vigil; her parents, Juan and Anita Gallegos; her sisters, Alejandra Gonzales, Bessenta Gonzales and Alicia Sanchez; brother, Alcario Gallegos. She leaves behind one brother, Jesus Gallegos and wife, Monica; sisters, Elena Maestas and Josefita Rivera; three sons, Tony Vigil, Ben Vigil and Louie Vigil; four daughters, Mrs. Lawrence Sanchez (Marianna), Mrs. Paul Gentile (Carmela), Mrs. Fred Aragon (Corina) and Marcella Vigil. Mary has 15 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 10:00 " 11:00 AM, Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at Calvary Chapel, 4001 Osuna Rd. NE. Funeral Services will immediately follow Visitation at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Manuel Padilla, Daniel Vigil, Louie Vigil, Steven Peralta, Joe Lucero and Anthony Vigil. Lawrence Sanchez and Paul Gentile will serve as honorary pallbearers.
