Age 53, passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2016 in Albuquerque, NM. He is asleep in Jesus awaiting the resurrection to go home with the Lord.He was born in Denver, CO on July 13, 1963, to Walter and Mary (Norris) Haugen. He enjoyed vintage cars,doing puzzles collecting stamps, traveling and participating in the Special Olympics and a variety of church activities. He was a member of the Los Ranchos Seventh-day Adventist church. Max is survived by his siblings, Richard Haugen of Cedar Rapids, IA; Ben Haugen of Marion, IA, Dorothy Haugen of Albuquerque, NM and Kathleen DeWitt of Albuquerque; his niece,Tonia Carabajal and her children, Dylan and Laila all of Denver, CO Service will be held on Monday, October, 17, 2016 at 2:00pm at Daniels Family Funeral Services Sara Rd.
