Michael Leroy "Buck" Davis

Buck 75, passed away peacefully on April 27, 2023, with family by his side. 

Buck was born in Kansas and moved to Albuquerque as a young boy.  He served his country as a Marine.  He volunteered at Little League coaching softball, baseball, and umpiring.  He loves his family.  He was very involved with his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren’s activities.  He loved camping, playing cards, board games, and video games. 

Buck was preceded in death by his wife, Lura Beth Davis and parents, Victor Jr and Martha Davis. 

He is survived by his children, Michael Jones, Robin LeDoux and husband Gilbert, Dorothy Dutcher and husband Shawn, Victor Davis and wife Angela.  He has 6 grandchildren, Dyamond and Shawn Ray Dutcher, Mikkayla and Victor Jr Davis, Justine and Jarrid LeDoux; 9 great grandchildren, brother, Ron Davis and wife Terri; sister, Jan Davis and partner Nelly, and many nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services will be held on Monday May 8, 2023, at 11a.m., Daniels Family Funeral Services - Southern Chapel, 2400 Southern Blvd., Rio Rancho, NM 87124.  Interment will be at 2:00 p.m., Santa Fe National Cemetery, 501 N Guadalupe St. Santa Fe NM 87501.
